- Again, we get to that question of who is going to be buying these
- machines. It's perfectly fine for a reengineered 1200 to go out to
- users who already have Amigas. But what about new blood? What are
- they going to think? "What do you mean I have to have a special
- monitor for this system?" "What do you mean it'll only do 256 colors"
- "What do you mean I can't run (insert favorite PC game or utility)?" A
- low-cost computer is one thing; a low-cost, old, underpowered machine
- is another. If the 1300 comes out as we've heard through the rumor
- mill, it's going to be the 600 all over again.
